Industrial real estate:

All the manufacturing buildings and properties are considered as an Industrial real estate. If any building is used for research or if any production, storage, and distribution of goods are done in a particular piece of land or on a building then it is considered to be an industrial property. Sometimes, buildings which distribute goods may be considered as commercial real estates. The classification of this is very important because zoning, construction and the sales of each building is done differently.

Vacant land:

The vacant land can include any piece of land which does not have any building or property in the land. These include working farms and ranches. The land brokerage is very complex in the real estate business. One must have a good knowledge of the local ordinance, zoning and the environmental issues which they will face when they buy an empty land. When you invest in a vacant land, you must have a clear idea of what you are going to do with the plot.
